Who this is for

Delicious Deep Stretch is an experience in gentle movement therapy for anyone needing a quite hour to themselves. Available in person and on Zoom, expect to feel refreshed, rested, and reconnected with your body. The entire class takes place seated or supine. You are encouraged to bring a yoga strap and 1-2 blocks. It is not suitable for those who cannot get on and off the floor.

Benefits

In the midst of chaos and stress (even good stress), Delicious Deep Stretch gives you an hour of peace. Move slowly, thoughtfully, to soft instrumental music. You will be better focused for the rest of your day.

During Covid, I invested time in Coaching the Body, a method to treat pain based on an integration of trigger point therapy with traditional Thai bodywork.
