What to expect
This is a 3 part workshop, each 90 minutes in length. We will be using props and postures to improve our awareness of the diaphragm and thorax, releasing tension and restriction to enable greater breath capacity. In each workshop, you will experience a minimum of 2 classic pranayama practices -- one activating, and one either neutral or pacifying.
