An All-levels workshop! Everyone will feel the weight of the world taken off their SHOULDERS! FREE to members of Sundara Yoga!

Amy received her 200 HR YTT ( MAY 2022)and 300 Hr YTT (JUNE 2026) certification from Sundara Yoga in Brunswick, Maine with teachers Murielle Corwin and Melissa Corwin. She is currently working towards another 300 HR YTT at Kripalu’s Center for Yoga and Health in Western MA. She has completed many other trainings, INCLUDING A 300 HR YTT at Portland Yoga Project (Portland Maine) and is a motivated and thirsty learner of everything she is passionate about! A strong Hatha Vinyasa approach based on the lineage of BKS Iyengar and several Southern India teachers, Amy’s growing practice is based on strength, self discipline and harmony in the asana and all of it wrapped in a deep feeling of sacred gratitude.
