Benefits
Over the course of 5 weeks, participants will explore the psychological and physiological dimensions of grief through a trauma-informed, somatic lens. What to expect
Over the course of these five weeks, we will explore grief through a trauma-informed, somatic lens, using yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound, reflection, and the wisdom of the five elements to support healing, integration, and connection. Whether you are joining for personal growth, professional development, or both, I invite you to come with an open heart and a spirit of curiosity. There is no right way to move through grief. This course is not about fixing or overcoming loss, but about creating space to listen, honor, and gently tend to what is naturally present. We will meet on Saturdays from September 5 through October 10 (with no meeting on September 19), creating a supportive community where learning, reflection, and shared experience can unfold at a pace that honors each participant's unique journey
