The Resilient Practitioner

The Resilient Practitioner

a monthly sanctuary for nervous system re-set

Who this is for

A live community for practitioners, leaders, healers, and high-capacity humans ready to move beyond mindset work and train the nervous system through embodied practice, somatic awareness, compassionate inquiry, and real-time support.

Weekly Somatic Labs • Live Coaching • Nervous System Conditioning • Embodied Resilience Training

Benefits

You cannot mindset your way into safety.

Many people are highly self-aware yet still live in cycles of overwhelm, overfunctioning, burnout, emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, collapse after success, difficulty slowing down, and disconnection from self. Because awareness alone does not create regulation.

What to expect

This is resilience training for the nervous system.

Inside the community, we combine:

  • somatic practices

  • compassionate self-inquiry

  • embodied movement

  • live coaching

  • emotional integration

to help you build greater internal capacity for life, leadership, relationships, healing, and sustainable well-being.

This is where healing becomes embodied.

My work is informed by an integrative lineage that weaves together somatic inquiry, mindfulness, yoga, hypnotherapy, and transformational coaching. Influential teachers include Michael Lee, Meg McCracken, Kevin Courtney, and Uma Ashleigh Sergeant.

Jennifer Degen helps people create lasting change by working with the body's innate capacity for healing, regulation, and transformation. Drawing from neuroscience, attachment theory, somatic psychology, therapeutic yoga, and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), she guides clients into deeply relaxed states where new patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving can emerge naturally. For over three decades, Jennifer has worked in the fields of psychology, education, and mind-body wellness.
