Come Home to Yourself: A Meditation Retreat

explore the many pathways that lead to presence

Who this is for

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself and explore the many pathways that lead to presence. Leave with a clearer understanding of meditation, a toolkit of practices, and confidence in the path that feels most authentic to you.

Benefits

  • experience a wide range of meditation practices

  • discover which practices resonate most deeply with your own temperament, needs, and life circumstances

  • develop a broader understanding of meditation and leave with practical tools for establishing a sustainable home practice

What to expect

This immersive four-day retreat is designed as an exploration of meditation in its many forms. Together, we will experience a wide range of practices — from breath awareness and mindfulness to loving-kindness, mantra, moving meditation, visualization, self-inquiry, and more.

Rather than focusing on a single technique, this retreat invites participants to discover which practices resonate most deeply with their own temperament, needs, and life circumstances. Through guided meditations, silent practices, and time for reflection/journaling, participants will develop a broader understanding of meditation and leave with practical tools for establishing a sustainable home practice.

You will also have the option to enjoy rest, contemplation, and renewal with these amenities:

  • Yoga Classes (included with your stay)

  • Sri Vidya Shrine (included with your stay)

  • PureRejuv Wellness Center services — massage, ayurveda, yoga therapy, etc.

  • Moka Origins gourmet coffee & chocolate shop
