YogaSix Mountain View - 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training Program

YogaSix Mountain View - 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training Program

Become a certified yoga teacher through eight transformative weekends in this AYC-approved 200-hour Vinyasa program.

Who this is for

Open to yoga practitioners of all levels — no advanced practice required. Whether you want to become a certified teacher or simply deepen your personal practice, this training meets you where you are. About half of our students enroll with no intention of teaching; they come to live yoga more fully and gain tools that extend far beyond the mat. If you have a genuine interest in learning, you will get tremendous value from this experience.

Benefits

This training goes far beyond "how to teach" — you will learn what it means to live yoga off the mat. You will sequence creative Vinyasa classes for all levels and graduate as a Yoga Alliance–recognized 200hr certified teacher. Tuition includes 3 months of unlimited YogaSix membership. Payment plans available. Graduates go on to teach at studios, gyms, resorts, corporate settings, and even open their own studios.

What to expect

Eight transformative weekends from September 11 through December 6, 2026. Fridays 6:00–9:30pm, Saturdays 1:30–8:30pm, Sundays 12:00–7:00pm. Curriculum covers: Vinyasa methodology and sequencing, anatomy and alignment, asana labs with lead trainer Bonnie Erickson, teaching practicum, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and home study assignments. Hours are a combination of contact hours with trainers and approved class observation at YogaSix.
