What to expect
2-week small group experience beginning August 15 at YogaSix Mountain View, facilitated by Bonnie Erickson (CYT-L2, CYS-L2). Sessions held Saturdays/Sundays 3-7PM in studio and Wednesdays 6-8PM virtually, with an offsite outing on August 29. Topics include: the anatomy and physiology of breathing; 10 pranayama techniques (ujjayi, dirga, box breathing, nadi shodhana, simhasana, bhramari, kapalabhati, sitali, and breathwalking); how breath influences stress, focus, and energy; breath as the bridge between movement, meditation, and daily life; building a sustainable personal pranayama practice. Expect 1-2 hours of homework per week.
