Liz is a RYT® 200, NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and presenter at the Berkshire Yoga Festival. She stumbled into a Boston yoga studio about twenty years ago and trained with the best of the best. Liz encourages yogis to come as they are, be silly, and sing along to her playlists that often feature Queen, David Bowie and her idol, David Byrne of the Talking Heads. Off the mat, you'll find her at Pollard School in Plaistow as a Registered Behavior Technician.
