Rooted in Ayurveda and the turning of the seasons, this journey brings together integrative nutrition, yogic wisdom & practice, energetic movement and breath, meditation, and somatic flow to guide you toward vitality, balance, and whole-person wellbeing.

Living in Rhythm opens twice a year, at the Spring and Fall Equinox, for the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter cohorts. Each cohort runs six months, with practices and sessions curated to the seasons and their elements. Our philosophy is that less is more: small, incremental, high-impact changes are the key to your long-term health and wellbeing. ***Interested participants MUST submit an application prior to joining.***

Kirsten Ahern is an ERYT, Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Marma Therapist and Corporate Wellbeing Consultant. She teaches through the lens of Ayurveda, offering Elemental Flow classes with a focus on energetic alignment, creative sequencing, pranayama, and spiritual integration.

Kirsten is the Founder and Chief Clinician of Path Wellbeing, a holistic wellness practice integrating Ayurvedic healing, yoga, and integrative nutrition. As a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and certified yoga instructor (E-RYT 200/RYT 500), she brings a unique depth to her teaching, viewing yoga through an Ayurvedic lens that honors the interconnection of body, breath, and consciousness. Her specializations include Marma Therapy, restorative yoga, and the practical application of the five Prana Vayus in daily life.
