SLING YOGA AND FLOATING SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

SLING YOGA AND FLOATING SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Move. Float. Feel. Reset.

Who this is for

FLOATING SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

Friday, September 18 | Prana Wellness Group

Experience sound healing from an entirely different perspective.

Choose the full experience and begin with a one-hour Sling Yoga class, using the silk for supported movement, stretching, mobility, breath and release. Then settle into your silk, allow your body to become completely supported, and experience an immersive 75-minute Floating Sound Bath as layers of sound and vibration surround you.

Benefits

Sound-based practices may support relaxation and help reduce the body's stress response, creating space to slow down, become still and reconnect with yourself. Research on sound interventions has found promising effects on stress and relaxation, although individual responses vary.
