Rebekah is a playful and dedicated practitioner, teacher trainer, and co-founder of Upaya School of Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda in Denver, Colorado. Introduced to yoga and meditation as a teenager, she’s spent 15+ years immersed in the study and practice of Nondual Shaiva–Shakta Tantra and Yoga. Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yin, her teaching is an ever-evolving synthesis of the many teachers and traditions that continue to shape her path, infused with her own experience and voice.
