Who this is for

For yoga teachers looking to deepen their understanding of and connections to clients through the practice of yoga therapy. This program employs both western and eastern medical practices to view clients holistically and interface with other medical professionals in whole human care, recovery and sustainability.

What to expect

This 800+ hour training is modular, self paced and can be completed in a minimum of two and a maximum of five years. All modules are offered virtually for distance learners, and most are also offered in person annually or biannually at our studio in Pittsburgh PA.

Owner of One Point One Penn and One Point One Butler in Pittsburgh, PA. A teacher for over 20 years in addition to being a massage and yoga therapist, she heads One Point One's 200 and 300 YA trainings, as well as their IAYT accredited Yoga Therapy training.

After taking her fledgling yoga classes at Penn State, Megan experienced her first fully realized yoga class in New York City when a friend dragged her there kicking and screaming. From that first "real" class where she refused to "OM", things have changed a lot.
