Harvesting Hope

Harvesting Hope

A Nature-Based Mandala Workshop for Grief

Who this is for

Anyone with grief is welcome to join! We’ll practice aparigraha in community as we take yoga off the mat.

Benefits

We will begin with meditation and centering, creating space to arrive fully in the present moment. Together, we will then gather natural elements from our surroundings and use them to create nature-based mandalas. As we construct mandalas, we will reflect on the impermanence of life, the beauty that can exist alongside grief, and the ways we sometimes resist acknowledging death and loss.

There is something soothing about making something orderly like nature-based mandalas after loss or death.
