What to expect
Teachers engage in multiple rounds of hands-on adjustments, gaining confidence in moving fluidly around the room and working with a variety of students.
Learn how to adapt assists skillfully to different body structures and abilities, ensuring safety and effectiveness for all students.
Participants have the opportunity to select specific postures and adjustments they wish to explore in greater depth.
Students have time to review handouts, ask questions, and integrate new skills into teaching.

In 1999, Robin founded Always-At-Aum Yoga School to empower students through yoga education. She has taught at Kripalu and Omega, trained for Yoga Ed.™, Newark Yoga Movement, and Dr. Oz’s HealthCorps, and holds certifications in vinyasa, hot, restorative, kids, aqua, SUP yoga, and Pilates. Robin is also an Enneagram Coach, Reiki Master/Trainer, and Family Constellation Facilitator.
