Always-At-Aum Yoga School
Founded in 1998, Always-At-Aum Yoga School offers comprehensive 200 & 300hr YTTs. Students can become certified to teach Vinyasa, Hot, Ashtanga, Yin, Nidra, Restorative, Kids, Prenatal, Aerial, and SUP Yoga, as well as complementary practices including Pilates, Barre, & Reiki.

I’m now the owner of Always-At-Aum Yoga School. We offer yoga certifications in Ashtanga, Hot, Kids, Nidra, Prenatal, SUP, Yin, as well as Barre, Enneagrams, Family Constellations, Pilates, Reiki, and Sound Healing. Our school meets online and in-person.
