Purpose

The primary objective of this program is to help studio owners implement proven systems for sustainable growth, increased profitability & long-term success. Through real-world application, participants will build, refine, and optimize the core systems that drive a thriving studio

What to expect

The Studio Business Accelerator is a 12-week program designed to help you implement real systems in your business — not just learn them.

Weekly Rhythm

Each week follows a simple, consistent structure so you can stay focused and make steady progress:

Fridays
New weekly content is released, outlining your focus, key strategies, and implementation steps.

Weekend → Thursday
You’ll implement what you learn directly into your studio — building your systems in real time.

Weekly Coaching Calls (Fridays from 1-2:30pm EST)
Join us for live group coaching to review the week’s topic, get your questions answered, and receive real-time feedback.

Optional Office Hours (Tuesdays from 1-2pm EST)
Unstructured support time to troubleshoot, get guidance, or stay accountable to your implementation mid-week.

Program Structure

The program is designed to build your business step-by-step:

Weeks 1–3: Clarity + Foundation
We start by understanding exactly where your studio stands and where to focus first.
You’ll complete your Studio Health Scorecard, take immediate action on key opportunities, and build a clear foundation through pricing, structure, and leadership decisions.

Weeks 4–7: The Studio Growth Engine
Next, we focus on the core of your business — how your studio actually grows. You’ll learn how to identify and strategically fix leaks in each stage of the growth engine: leads, intro offers, member conversions, and retention.

Weeks 8–9: Marketing Systems That Work
Now we layer in simple, effective marketing systems designed to support your growth — without overwhelm. No complicated tactics — just clear systems that consistently bring in and nurture the right students.

Weeks 10–12: Refinement + Expansion
Finally, we refine the experience that keeps members coming back. You’ll strengthen your programming, class experience, team culture, and leadership systems — and create a clear, actionable plan for continued growth.

Coaching + Support

Throughout the program, you’ll receive:

Weekly live group coaching calls

Optional office hours for additional support and accountability

Optional Weekly or Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions

Templates, tools, and implementation resources

Access to a community of studio owners building alongside you
