Lineage/Style
The 'essence of yoga' school is a multi-lineage training program and has been for over a decade. The lineages learned include: Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Iyengar, Yin, Therapeutic/Restorative, and covers all aspects of the 8 limbs and more.
