Style/Lineage

Get Grounded in Children’s Yoga introduces the full Grounded Kids Yoga methodology. You’ll gain the language, practices, and developmental alignment to teach real yoga to children with integrity and emotional fluency. This training begins by defining what it means to be grounded – present, regulated, and rooted in your own experience – then teaches you how to guide children through the same process using breath, movement, and guided rest. No prior experience is required.
