Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, PhD, is a living master in the Himalayan Tradition and spiritual head of the Himalayan Institute. A prolific author and teacher, he shares practical yogic and tantric wisdom rooted in decades of study, practice, and direct experience.

Ishan Tigunait is a lifelong student of the Himalayan Tradition and a senior teacher at the Himalayan Institute. He shares modern insights on authentic yogic and tantric wisdom, and teaches Vishoka Meditation, Sri Sukta, and advanced yoga teacher training programs.

Greg Capitolo is Director of Mission Programming at the Himalayan Institute, where he has lived and studied since 2006. A senior teacher, his breath-centered approach integrates alignment, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation to guide students into yoga’s deeper dimensions.

Judy Moulton is director of the Himalayan Institute’s teacher training programs, a core faculty member, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. With years of experience and deep personal practice, she is dedicated to guiding students in bringing yoga to life on and off the mat.
