My first teacher in 1989, Lorna Brown, called this hatha yoga & pranayama, which we practiced to feel our way into meditating. From 2001-2021, I studied, practiced, & taught Kripalu Yoga & Pranakriya Yoga. Now, I feel my way into meditating, with pranayama & asana, curiously. ❤️✨
