Breathe to Bloom Yoga and Ayurveda

I teach from a place of connection, compassion, and curiosity. I specialize in Ayurveda, inclusive yoga, and mindful movement for seniors, creating welcoming practices that honor each person’s body, needs, and unique journey.

My intention is to provide students and clients with space to reconnect to themselves in a way that is sustainable, honest, and deeply healing. My offerings are slow enough to feel, intentional enough to transform, and grounded in philosophy that invites inquiry and discernment. I believe yoga is not about performing shapes, but about cultivating awareness—learning when to build heat, when to soften, and how to listen to the body’s wisdom.

Anna is a beloved teacher everywhere she goes for a reason! Her classes are intentional and interesting. You will always walk away feeling better and having learned something. Also she’s hilarious and has the kindest heart, which shines through in her teaching.

I highly recommend Anna and her yoga offerings. I first began attending Anna's classes in 2021 as a beginner. Her easeful way of explaining poses and philosophies made the practice immediately accessible and opened many doors for me. Under her guidance, I have learned a great deal about my body and breath. In her regular vinyasa classes, I always felt welcomed and cared for, and her poignant cueing consistently helped me deepen my practice. Anna served as a leader for my 200-hour yoga teacher training. The program was thoughtfully structured and executed over six months, largely due to the exceptional care she puts into her work. She possesses mastery in Ayurveda and Pranayama, with a unique ability to weave those teachings into classes and demonstrate how to apply them to life off the mat. Anna is a true asset to any organization, and I cannot recommend her enough.

I’ve had the pleasure of taking Anna’s classes for the past four years, and her presence as a teacher is truly special. She creates a welcoming, inclusive space that feels grounded and heartfelt from the moment you arrive. Anna genuinely cares about her students, thoughtfully weaving Ayurvedic and yogic philosophy into her classes to encourage self-inquiry and personal growth. Her energy is contagious, and her passion for making yoga accessible to all shines through in her intentional cues and thoughtful modifications. While we’re deeply sad to see her leave our community, we’re equally excited to see her step into this next chapter.

Anna's gift as a yoga teacher is greater than her thoughtful sequencing and effective cueing. She touches hearts, she calms the room, and she nourishes her students by encouraging them to listen to the teacher within. Anna leads her classes with deliberate intention to the Eight Limbs of yoga, and it lands so naturally.

I have taken yoga classes in London, Barcelona, and beyond, but Anna’s classes have always felt special. She has such a nurturing and supportive presence, and her deep knowledge of trauma-informed yoga is clearly woven into the way she teaches. I am dealing with an autoimmune condition and her classes became my go-to whenever I needed something nourishing, grounding, and genuinely supportive for both my body and nervous system.

If we are lucky enough in life, we encounter a human that is magical. A human that contributes whole heartedly to humanity. Anna is one of those souls. Each class is enlightening and grounding, leaving you with a feeling of being reset and rejuvenated. But most importantly, a little bit magical yourself.
