Teacher doesn't have an intro yet
I walk the path as both a student and an elder within our yoga community, shaped by decades of study, practice, and lived experience. My journey began in India, where I first trained in yoga in a traditional school that deeply rooted my understanding in authentic teachings—an experience that continues to guide all that I share today.
My background in Ayurveda has been a profound influence, weaving a holistic awareness of the body, mind, and spirit into my work. This integration allows me to guide others not only through movement, but through a deeper understanding of balance, energy, and individualized care.
I am currently a teacher and continuing education provider with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. This role has deeply influenced my approach to teaching yoga anatomy, inspiring me to go far beyond standard curriculum. I believe the study of the body is sacred—an exploration that deserves depth, respect, and curiosity—so my teachings invite students into a more embodied, intuitive understanding of how we move, heal, and connect.
Now, at 71, I carry these teachings forward with reverence—blending tradition, intuition, and a lifetime of learning. My influences are not only the teachers and lineages I’ve studied with, but also the many students, healers, and seekers I’ve had the honor to walk beside.
