Eniko’s path in yoga is rooted in over twenty years of practice and a deep reverence for the Vinyasa Krama tradition. A lifelong student at heart, she has been shaped by the guidance of Sri Srivatsa Ramaswami, Smt. Saraswathi Vasudevan, Sri Raghu Ananthanarayanan, and Sri Dr. Jayaraman Mahadevan, carrying forward the profound lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. Her studies in Chennai, India ((E-RYT500, YACEP, C-IAYT), focused on the therapeutic application of yoga, seeking to honor the unique needs of every individual.

Beyond the mat, Eniko’s life is one of Seva (service). Whether serving as a volunteer EMT at Croix Blanche France or raising her three children, she lives in the countryside and integrates the wisdom of Ayurveda and the Vedic arts into the fabric of daily life.

As a faculty member and mentor at Yogavahini, she remains dedicated to the supervision of yoga therapists and the study of Sanskrit texts. Eniko conducts various program of textual studies with her mentor Savithri Ravikrishnan. Eniko finds joy in bridging cultures, guiding students on healing journeys to India, and sharing the transformative tools of bhakti and mantra in France and abroad.
