Jennifer More is a senior yoga educator with over 30 years of teaching experience, specializing in women’s health, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and nervous-system–informed movement education. She is the creator of the Dolphin Method, an evidence-informed approach that integrates yoga, corrective exercise, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support pregnant, postpartum, and transitioning bodies.

Jennifer has trained thousands of yoga teachers and practitioners worldwide through in-person and online programs and has taught extensively across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Her work bridges traditional yoga practice with contemporary research in biomechanics, trauma-informed care, childbirth education, and neuroplasticity, offering practical tools grounded in real-world application.

She is a Registered Yoga Alliance teacher (E-RYT 500, RPYT), a Pre- and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), a certified Personal Trainer, a certified clinical and medical hypnotherapist, and a longtime childbirth educator and doula. Her teaching is shaped by decades of hands-on experience supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals, as well as by ongoing engagement with current research in maternal health and nervous system science.

Jennifer is also the founder of Prenatal International, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to high-quality prenatal and postpartum education globally. Her work emphasizes rigor, ethical responsibility, and embodied understanding, with a focus on preparing teachers to work skillfully with real bodies, real lives, and real complexity.
