I have been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2010. My journey of inner exploration led me back to my creativity, and it inspired me to share mindfulness-focused offerings that support creativity, self-kindness, and a deeper connection to inner wisdom.
Laura Wootton is a yoga teacher dedicated to creating supportive, accessible spaces for healing, self-expression, and personal growth. She completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training at Pure Yoga NYC between 2010–2013, with a specialization in gentle and restorative yoga.
Her teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and self-awareness practices that help students reconnect with themselves on and off the mat. She believes the real practice of yoga is not done on a mat, it's practiced in the way we live every day.
Since 2020, she has expanded her offerings to integrate yoga-based concepts into therapeutic art and music experiences. She teaches creativity as a pathway to wellness and guides students through practices that encourage presence, emotional exploration, nervous system regulation, and authentic expression.
Her approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing is not about "fixing" ourselves but about learning to love and accept ourselves. Her offerings invite people to cultivate self-awareness, self-love, and inner resilience.
