Since 2011, I’ve guided the practice of yoga through Kundalini, flow, and hot yoga, weaving together movement, breath, and presence as pathways to awakening. As a 500-hour E-RYT and lead teacher of a 200-hour certification, my work is rooted in guiding others to feel and awaken.
Misty is a dedicated yoga teacher, space holder, and healing practitioner with over 15 years of experience guiding retreats, teacher trainings, and one-on-one healing sessions. A graduate of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at CorePower Yoga (2011) and the 300-hour YTT at Yoga Farm, Misty is also an Inner Alignment Certified Healer. She has co-facilitated and led 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings for more than seven years and previously owned and operated a successful yoga studio for eight years.
Before stepping fully into the world of yoga and healing, Misty worked in corporate health at organizations such as the Boston Herald, Tip O'Neill Government Center, and the National Department of Transportation, as well as managing at commercial health clubs. She is also a former varsity athlete with the University of Minnesota-Duluth Women’s Soccer Team (Go Bulldogs), embodying a lifelong commitment to wellness and personal growth.
Misty’s approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that true healing begins when we come home to ourselves. Now residing in northern Minnesota, her most cherished role is being a mother to four incredible children.
