Pamela is an educator and lifelong learner at heart. For thirteen years, she was a middle school math teacher. Early in this career, she found her way to meditation and yoga and began her journey inward. In 2006, she began the awakening process and studied various styles of meditation with Jonathan Eric Labman, LPC, E-RYT 500. Compelled to deepen her yoga practice, Pamela completed a 200-hr yoga teacher training program in 2017 at The Prancing Peacock in Yardley, PA. Shortly after, she completed the Mindful Schools meditation training, and successfully incorporated this program into her classroom. At the height of yoga’s influence on her professional career, Pamela simultaneously experienced a milestone transition in her life, becoming a mother. Yoga and meditation played a key role in the births of both her daughter and son, and in the transition to her new role as a full-time mother. While pregnant with her son, Pamela completed the 85-hr Prenatal Yoga program at Dig Yoga in Lambertville, NJ.
She and her husband are now the proud owners of Flower of Life Yoga Studio in Morrisville, PA. In 2022 they took a leap of faith, merged their soul work, and decided to open their own studio. It has been a true labor of love - humbling, invigorating, and rewarding! With an open heart, Pamela shares the gifts that meditation and yoga have afforded her throughout the various stages of her adult life. She considers it a distinct honor to guide her students inward, and to encourage them to take their yoga practice off the mat into their daily lives.
