Rebekah is a playful and dedicated practitioner, teacher trainer, and co-founder of Upaya School of Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda in Denver, Colorado.

Introduced to yoga and meditation as a teenager, she’s spent 15+ years immersed in the study and practice of Nondual Shaiva–Shakta Tantra and Yoga.

Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yin, her teaching is an ever-evolving synthesis of the many teachers and traditions that continue to shape her path, infused with her own experience and voice.

In her classes, Rebekah approaches physical and energetic alignment not as a dogmatic set of universal rules, but as a dynamic exploration that shifts from moment to moment and person to person. Skillfully able to teach both brand new beginners and experienced practitioners, she credits her dedication to remaining a student as her own practice and understanding continue to deepen.

Considered a teacher’s teacher by her community, she is sought out for her clear cues that weave anatomy-informed alignment and poetic imagery, and her ability to make complex ideas accessible, less so for her off-the-cuff dad jokes.

By sharing the wisdom of Yoga and Tantra with reverent levity, Rebekah hopes to invite others into a deeper relationship with themselves and a more intimate, curious engagement with life.
