Susie is a yoga studio owner with over 20 years of teaching experience and a strong foundation in both the physical and philosophical dimensions of yoga. She is known for intelligent sequencing, diversity in offerings, thoughtful program development and spiritually grounded leadership. She has a passion for creative Power Vinyasa classes accompanied by enhancing musical playlists. However, she holds a profound respect for the need to practice a variety of style of classes, breath work and meditation for a balanced, and a harmonious way of being. Yoga is Susie's life line, and her greatest gifts are her husband and 3 beautiful children. She resides happily in North Carolina.
