I am a Yoga practitioner and Yoga therapist whose journey in yoga began in 2018. I pursued formal education through S-VYASA (Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana), completing the Yoga Instructor’s Course (YIC) in 2019 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT) in 2021.

My approach is rooted in Patanjali Yoga and the integrative yoga therapy framework of S-VYASA, incorporating asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, and other yogic practices adapted to individual needs and abilities.

As part of my PGDYT training, I completed a Yoga Therapy internship at Sparsh Yoga Center in Bengaluru and subsequently continued teaching regular online yoga sessions with Sparsh. Since April 2023, I have volunteered at Bharatiya Hindu Temple in the Columbus, Ohio area, offering free weekly yoga sessions to the community. Beginning in September 2026, I am also offering weekly sessions at Chinmaya Mission Columbus under the theme “Integrated Yoga for Every Stage of Life.”

I have also worked individually with people using focused yoga therapy practices to support needs such as back pain, autism management, occupational injury recovery, mobility, relaxation, and general well-being.

Combining my interests in yoga therapy, structured knowledge, research, and technology, I am developing an open-source Yoga Therapy Knowledge Library covering yoga practices, sequences, therapeutic applications, benefits, contraindications, and adaptations.
