This course if for any practitioner or teacher who would like to gain a better understanding of yoga's ethical principles, the Yamas & Niyamas, with the intention to not only apply them during yoga practice but in daily life as well.

-specific methods to integrate the yama/niyama into class which include both mental exercises and physical (creative sequencing and other methods)
