This course if for any practitioner or teacher who would like to gain a better understanding of yoga's ethical principles, the Yamas & Niyamas, with the intention to not only apply them during yoga practice but in daily life as well.

Lyn teaches a meditative, breath guided, power vinyasa practice that weaves philosophical teachings into the practice in a way that makes it relatable and understandable to all students. She has been teaching for 30 years and offers both trainings and workshops.

Teaching for 30+ years, Lyn was the first to bring Power Yoga to the area. Including Ridgefield, CT. Beginning in Westchester County, her teaching quickly expanded into Putnam and Fairfield Counties. Lyn has a background in ballet and jazz dance. Her personal yoga practice began at home with Iyengar's Light On Yoga book, and eventually the discovery of Ashtanga yoga.  She has had the privilege of studying with David Swenson and Beryl Bender Birch during the early days of her practice.
