Hi! I’m Allison, an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and RPYT yoga educator with extensive experience teaching diverse students and communities. My roots are grounded in the classical traditions of Hatha Yoga and tantric-informed philosophy, and my teaching has been shaped through ongoing study in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, and trauma-informed approaches to practice. I completed my 500-hour training through lineage-based programs that emphasize yoga philosophy, subtle anatomy, and the energetic body, supporting a deep, integrated understanding of yoga beyond physical form.
