Anyone and everyone who feels called to join us, is absolutely welcome and encouraged! This retreat is for anyone who wants to take a moment to just BE in a serene environment, with nourishing food, and surrounded by authentic people, working to be better.

The you, as you are, in this moment.
The YOU, which you aspire to be.

This space is nourished with love, light, and learning.
So the seed may grow limbs, as a tree.

Benefits

Multiple daily offerings of varied modalities, including asana practice on the mat and in the grass, meditation walks and circles, sound baths and serenity. We'll offer a spiritual book discussion (with the author!), unbelievably nourishing food from a culinary queen, and many other opportunities to encourage the inner seeds to flourish and grow!

Hi! I’m Johanna, a co-creator/owner of The LITL Studio and a forever student on the spiritual path. With a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, I teach yoga through both an anatomical and a spiritual lens. Using breath work and movement to explore the body/mind/soul, my classes encourage students to embrace and understand themselves in new light. I enjoy teaching many different forms of asana (the practice of postures), from hot and powerful to restorative yin. While my classes are rooted deeply in the physical body, I tend to discreetly weave threads of the remaining yogic limbs, inviting inquiry to the subtle side.
