Arrival + camp setup, grounding circle, intention setting, and nervous system basics

Campsite accommodations included (Fri–Sun) + Mineral Wells State Park entry. Bring your own tent/bedding—or choose our limited gear rental add-on (tent, sleeping bag, pad, pillow, lantern). Two primal-inspired meals daily + nourishing snacks included; dietary needs accommodated with advance notice. Activities adapt to weather with safety first.
