What to expect
Learn the parts of a traditional Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) and their purposes from both a physical and a mental-spiritual perspective (around 10-15 minutes)
Learn and practice eight different Sun Salutation sequences that use the yoga hammock for the same purposes as a traditional Sun Salutation. Also learn in which ways the aerial yoga version enhances effects from the traditional, and falls short of delivering the same effects. (around 10-15 minutes per sequence)
Questions are answered as they arise throughout the workshop.
