Health-conscious at heart, I’m half hippie, half yuppie— splitting my time as a network TV health reporter & yoga and meditation teacher. I lead retreats all over the world — and love teaching beginners and “everyday people” how yoga and its limbs fit into real life.

Sonia Azad has spent the last decade helping people to take charge of their mental, physical, and spiritual health. Her mission is to help you break free from fear, doubt, and routine— in order to embrace a more dynamic, fulfilling and balanced lifestyle. Sonia has more than 1,300 teaching hours and focuses her teaching in-person: at studios, corporate events & retreats. Her training spans the traditional yoga education spectrum, and as her practice and audiences have evolved, so have her yoga studies and offerings. She has completed additional trainings and coursework in: Yin yoga, Chinese Medicine, Neuroplasticity, Sound Healing, Body By Breath®️, Yoga Tune Up®️ & Reiki I.
