Our lineage begins with Sri T. Krishnamacharya, carried forward by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and later refined through the teachings of Sharon Gannon and David Life of Jivamukti Yoga. This path has been further shaped and enlivened by my teacher Dana Trixie Flynn, of Laughing Lotus.
