Nectar Flow Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive 200-hour hybrid program blending rich, self-paced online coursework, live virtual/in-person support, and ongoing mentorship with a 5-day, 50-hour in-person intensive focused on hands-on teaching experience & skill development.
