I’ve studied a wide range of yoga modalities, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Yoga Tune Up®, so I can meet each student where they are and support their unique needs.

Hi, I’m Ashley Vasas (she/her), a yoga teacher and the founder of Nourish & Grow Yoga in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I’m passionate about helping people discover vibrant health, joy, and self-compassion through yoga, movement, and philosophy.
My own journey with yoga began after a severe car accident left me in chronic pain, burnout, and discomfort. I first turned to yoga as a gentle, low-impact form of exercise—but quickly discovered it was so much more. With time and consistency, my practice helped me grow stronger, restore mobility, and live with far less pain. That transformation inspired me to become a teacher so I could share this vitality with others.
I believe yoga truly has something to offer everyone, no matter their age, flexibility, or experience. Through my teaching, I aim to help students connect with their own strength, resilience, and self-love.
