Bio
As a mother, artist, and educator, my mission is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered. I strive to weave creativity and compassion into every class, offering an experience that is as inspiring as it is grounded.
My teaching is built on a rigorous foundation, including Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at World Peace Yoga and Saraswati Yoga School. With certifications in Yoga For All and Reiki, alongside specialized studies in Classical Hatha, Sanskrit, and Mantra, I bridge ancient traditions with modern movement. Having spent thousands of hours teaching, leading workshops, and co-facilitating teacher trainings at the University of Cincinnati, I have cultivated strengths in:
- Creative Theming & Thoughtful Sequencing: Classes designed to tell a story and move the body with intention.
- Accessibility: A student-centered approach that ensures every body feels welcome.
- Anatomic Integrity: A deep focus on alignment and functional movement.
- Community & Tradition: Honoring the roots of yoga while building a vibrant, modern Sangha.
While the practice can be deep, I believe in the power of laughter and lightheartedness. I invite you to join me on the mat to make space for a meaningful, transformative, and joyful experience together.

Created and operating since 2005, World Peace Yoga is a modern studio inspired by ancient wisdom. We believe the practices of yoga are for any breathing body. The only requirement for yoga practice is to breathe. You don’t have to look, dress, or be any way but yourself.
