Teacher doesn't have an intro yet
I’m a Connecticut-based mother of two and the founder of Kaia Yoga, a community-rooted sanctuary I created in 2006 as an expression of my devotion to the path of yoga. With over 25 years of teaching experience, my work is guided by the belief that yoga is far more than a physical practice—it is a way of coming home to ourselves through breath, awareness, and presence.
Kaia Yoga was never meant to be just a studio. It was born from a longing to create a refuge—a place where people from all walks of life could feel supported, connected, and nourished in body, mind, and spirit. Over the years, it has grown into a vibrant and inclusive community offering classes, trainings, and gatherings devoted to healing, growth, and connection.
My teaching is rooted in mindfulness, meditation, and subtle body awareness, informed by studies in Thai yoga massage, cranial sacral therapy, and decades of personal practice. I’m continually inspired by my teachers, including Cyndi Lee, Alan Finger, and David Nichtern, whose wisdom continues to shape and deepen my path.
At the heart of everything I share is a commitment to creating spaces of belonging—where healing can unfold, awareness can deepen, and yoga becomes a lived practice both on and off the mat.
