Mystical Hatha Flow Yoga from the Classical Sivananda Yoga Tradition, Mystical Vinyasa Flow based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition in our 200hr level programs. Krishnamacharya, classical Hatha, Somatic and Intuitive flows in our 300hr programs.
